Mons Lake Developers Inc. is a partnership between Craig Johnson and Christopher Barber.

Christopher Barber: is a 9 year residential mortgage consultant and Realtor, with a base knowledge of home sales and development projects. Additionally, Mr. Barber grew up on the subject property, with which he obviously has extensive knowledge of the area and it's residential potential.

Craig Johnson: has expansive developer experience in residential projects over the course of the last 15+ years. Craig Johnson also has experience as a Septic Designer and Soil Analyst, licensed with the State of Minnesota since 1999. Mr. Johnson was also certified with the State of Minnesota as a Septic Installer. Additionally, Craig became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2003, and is currently working with Edina Realty.

For over nine (9) years he had owned and operated Excel Excavating, Inc. working on numerous residential projects. Some development highlights include:

- Aspen Ridge – 63 lot acreage development in Becker, MN. Successfully completed in 2001.
- Oak Savannah – 51 lot acreage development in Zimmerman, MN. Successfully completed in 2006.
- Horseshoe Meadows – 50 lot acreage development in Braham, MN. Successfully completed in 1999.
- Scenic Hills – 47 lot acreage development in Becker, MN. Successfully completed in 2006.
- Country View Estates – 17 lot acreage development in Rock Creek, MN. Successfully completed in 2002.
